I've learned some new things about Grapefruit Seed Extract. A few years ago I was just floored to learn that so many of the supposedly organic products I'd been using a long while , bought in health food stores, were, in fact, far from it. After months and months of effort and frustration (and anger) trying to educate myself so I could find some soap, lotion and shampoo, (that I wanted to be easily accessible in local health food stores) that were truly chemical free, I'd finally settled on a company that seemed genuinely pure. But this week, thanks to someone who spoke up about it to me, I've learned otherwise. While I'm still a bit confused, (I'd swear I'd found a line of products that was pure, with GSE that was not made toxically, nor had anything toxic/synthetic in it), I would far rather go the direction of more safety rather than less.
